ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve issues before failure.
- Collaborate with production staff to address equipment malfunctions and improve performance.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records, including tasks performed, parts used, and future recommendations.
- Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Follow workplace safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including proper tool and equipment storage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance or related experience.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
