SERVICE TECHNICIAN-AGRICULTURAL & TURF EQUIPMENT
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm, occasional Saturdays
$18.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Diagnose and repair compact/mid-size tractors, small engines, mowers, tillers, and turf equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs within flat rate or billed time standards.
- Clearly communicate diagnoses and repair recommendations to customers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; assist with overall shop cleanliness.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all repairs, following company standards.
- Participate in ongoing technical and product training.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards to supervisors.
- Support a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
- Accurately complete and submit work orders daily.
- Stay up to date on product updates, service bulletins, and performance reviews.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a technician or mechanic.
- Must provide a complete set of personal tools (major tools provided by the company).
- Able to lift and handle up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Good corrected vision (20/20) and hearing required for diagnostics.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Experience at an equipment dealership is a plus.
