4. High School Diploma/GED Required. An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree is considered a plus, but is not required.

Abilities and Contributions which are critical to this role include:
1. Represent the PlanNorth team by running errands such as delivering drawings, picking up prints at the copy center and retrieving/sorting daily mail
2. Manage company functions/lunches/meeting set-up with respect to food and beverages needed, welcoming guests, etc.
3. Conduct office maintenance tasks such as removing trash from work stations, watering and upkeeping minimal potted plants, etc. (PlanNorth has a weekly janitorial service, so no cleaning is required as part of this job)
4. Schedule and coordinate payment for minimal office vendors: exterminators, water delivery, janitorial, etc.
5. Receive and manage phone calls
6. Manage and upkeep all PlanNorth calendars (yearly, holiday and Outlook), ensuring that all calendars are visible and available to all team members

7. Maintain info accounts on teammates/office staff such as professional development info, birthdays,important individual dates, and continuing education as requested
8. Assist in decorating the office for holidays; take down decorations for storage.
9. Order and distribute typical office items into the proper places such as water, printer ink, paper, etc. Confirm items are in stock and ready to go as needed
10. Provide meeting and proposal support as requested such as the preparation of Power Point presentations, marketing materials, meeting agendas and minutes, presentation bindings, etc.
11. Serve as assistant to both firm partners for various tasks as needed
12. Order and distribute business cards for team as requested
13. Oversee the general state of the office "look" with respect to the brand
14. Check and manage the PlanNorth inquiry email in a welcoming, pleasant and urgent manner for all new customers/inquiries.
15. Create, manage and carry out holiday gift project for PlanNorth clients
16. Community involvement as agreed upon by the leadership team, in representation of PlanNorth

Overall compensation and benefits will be based on the experience of the applicant and are negotiable. It is anticipated that this will be an hourly position and will require full-time presence in the office. Typical benefits include (2) weeks paid vacation, (11) paid office holidays, 401K and 401K transfer options, and a one-of a-kind working culture.
