ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare first-off parts and perform audits of molded parts
- Remove excess flash from molded parts using a blade
- Rework parts as required after final inspection
- Load drums and sieve stones; inspect parts for quality finish
- Operate cryogenic machine (load, start, unload, inspect parts)
- Operate ovens (start, load, unload parts)
- Maintain strict part segregation by job number
- Follow all SOPs and quality procedures to ensure compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must wear required PPE in production areas, including hair net, shoe covers, lab coat, and other protective equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
