Toubin Park Opening Celebration

Learn what all the excitement is about!  This celebration will unveil Toubin Park and the colorful, untold stories of Brenham’s turbulent Civil War era.  Historic characters and live music from the past will tell the story of the Burning of Brenham and the large system of cisterns under our streets. A reception will immediately follow at Ant Street Inn where visitors can read more details of the history. The original painting, The Burning of Brenham, will be auctioned to support future Main Street Brenham projects. The park and celebration were funded through grants, donations and sponsorships.
