 What to Expect During an OSHA Investigation

This presentation will address the key aspects of an investigation by OSHA. The purpose is to give attendees a general understanding of how such investigations work and what follows. Most of all, this presentation will hopefully give attendees preparation, in the event of an unannounced, surprise investigation by OSHA.

Chad Gerke of The Gerke Law Firm is experienced in assisting his clients before, during, and after OSHA investigations. Chad has aided clients with all aspects of an investigation, including an OSHA inspection of the premises and interviews of management employees.
