INDEPENDENCE COMMUNITY EVENTS sponsors this annual springtime event, "Fire & Ice BBQ Cookoff". Team entry forms are available by emailing dwesterfeld5@aol.com or calling 979.277.5857 or 979.836.4211.
Team check in begins Friday at 3 p.m. Margarita contest will be on Friday evening. BBQ contest judging begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
