Amici Olive Oil Luncheon

Upon arrival sample the fruity boldness of Dr. Adair's internationally-renowned Amici Olive Oil with crusty Italian bread. Savor the rich, bright flavor! Lunch follows the seminar starting with Bruschetta appetizers and a garden fresh salad. For the main course you will have "Polenta Pasticciata con Ragu' de Carne" (Polenta Casserole with meat sauce).
