Adult Musical Theatre Dance Exercise Class
Designed for men & women who enjoy moving to music! No previous dance experience required. Each class will include a standing warm up, seated stretches, across the floor & fun dance combinations. Come exercise with us in a non-judgmental environment & have fun getting your groove on to American musical theatre classics, disco, jazz & hip hop!
